As school budgets become tighter and youth sports costs rise, fund-raising

organizations are looking for edgier, hipper entertainment to attract bigger

crowds and generate more dollars. Comedy show fundraisers are a

wonderful option.

 

Many worthy causes have booked comedy fund-raising events through my

company, Laffs for Loot. For example, I have produced comedy show

fund-raisers for PTA/PTO enrichment programs and school/youth sports

programs all over New England for over twenty+ years!

 

Prior to every booking, when feasible, I meet face-to-face with every organization!

As a team, we work together to set realistic fundraising goals. Once on board, I help

develop a plan, which if adhered too, assures we reach those goals

…and I’m there every step of the way!

 

Laffs for Loot fundraisers have helped raise between $3000 and $35,000

for worthy causes and organizations. The individual organizations good planning

and creation of realistic goals drive these totals.

Why should you have a comedy show fundraiser?

  Simple.   A comedy show is a fantastic social event, which bonds organizations! 

Your comedy night allows your group to raise a substantial amount of money in a

small amount of time, and YOU are the club owner!  You have invited your friends

and family to the show, and, you brought the show to them, generally in your own

 hometown.   When the comedy portion of the program ends, the hall is yours with

lively I-Pod music! The tickets sell easily because everyone knows that

your organization gets the proceeds! I was a Math major at Merrimack College and
